Structural Repairs — Joist Replacement
- Remove Damaged Joists — Remove the 12 damaged joists from the crawlspace floor structure and haul them off (12 ea)
- Joist Install — Install 12 pressure-treated joists in the crawlspace floor structure, secured and shimmed level (12 ea)
- Replace or Sister — Where the framing allows, the damaged joist is replaced. Where a joist cannot be replaced in place, an opening is made in the wall and the new pressure-treated joist is sistered to the existing member so the floor structure is supported and brought back to level

Terms & Conditions
Scope: remove the 12 damaged joists from the crawlspace floor structure; install 12 pressure-treated joists, secured and shimmed level. Where the framing allows, the damaged joist is replaced; where a joist cannot be replaced in place, an opening is made in the wall and the new pressure-treated joist is sistered to the existing member.
Notes: jobsite will be left clean once the work is completed. Contractor is not responsible for damage caused inside the home while repairing the foundation.
Warranty: stabilization guaranteed; 12 months workmanship on the project.
Not included: permits; general conditions; insulation work; plumbing, electrical or HVAC repairs; subfloor replacement beyond the joist bays.
Validity: valid until 09/24/2026.
